Ingredients

    2 scoops of Jay Robbs Egg White Protein Powder with
    Stevia
    1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
    2 bananas
    2.5 cups of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    ice

Tips

I make this Sunday night so I can have a shake ready each day of the week. Obviously you can adjust it with more/less banana, blueberries, protein powder, etc OR add different fruit.


Directions

Mix all in blender (will make about 40 oz)
