Ingredients

    1 x 170g yoplait forme satisfy passion-fruit yoghurt
    1 cup crushed pineapple in natural juice
    1 fresh mango or 2 frozen/tinned cheeks chopped
    4 fresh mint leaves
    2 cups ice

Directions

1. Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until thick and smooth (or use stick blender)
2. Pour into 2 - 4 chilled glasses and serve with a thick straw and spoon.

Serving Size: Serves 2 very large (or 4 small scooners)
