Ingredients

    1 cup rice flour
    ¾ cup beet juice
    2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Mix flour and oil.
Add juice in small increments, stirring.
Knead until a supple dough ball forms.
If pre-baking, prick crust and place in oven for 30 minutes, at 350°F
