    4 lbs lean ground beef
    4 lbs Velveeta cheese
    2 regular cans Rotel
    2 large cans vegetarian re-fried beans

Directions

brown ground beef and drain well. add remainder of ingredients. heat over medium heat stirring often until cheese is well melted.
