    100g sticky rice
    1 chicken breast
    1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
    1 tsp soy sauce
    1 chilli pepper
    1 clove of garlic


a bell pepper, and half an onion would add more flavour to the dish. if cooking for 4 add more garlic and chilli as taste buds allow


chop chilli, garlic and chicken breast, add 1 tbsp of sweet chilli sauce and 1 tsp of soy sauce (tbsp for 4 breasts) this can be left to marinade if you have time.
100g of sticky (glutinous) rice, allow to rest in water for 20 minutes, then cook rice in steamer for 20 minutes then stir and cook for a further 10 minutes, in the meantime, fry the chicken and other ingredients.
