Ingredients

    1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp Egg beaters or 2-1/4 eggs
    1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons milk
    1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons Krusteaz Low Fat Oat Bran Pancake Mix
    2-1/4 teaspoons butter or margarine, melted

Directions

Place the eggs, milk, pancake mix in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour the butter into an ungreased 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish; add the batter. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.
