    22 ounces lean ground beef
    7 melba rounds
    1 large egg
    1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
    1/4 cup diced dill pickle
    1/4 cup of ketchup
    1 tbsp. deli mustard
    2 tsp minced garlic

Directions

Divide meetloaf into 9 portions using muffin pan. Cook for 30 Minutes at 350 degrees.
