Ingredients

    Beat a single egg
    Add pepper and salt to taste
    Pour egg into a small med to med/low heated non-stick skillet
    When ready - turn egg over.
    Add two and half tablespoons of hard grated Parmesan Cheese
    Fold egg in half
    Heat on low till cheese is melted
