Introduction

Ingredients

    Smoked chicken quarters, pre-cooked
    2 boxes of Uncle Bens Long Grain & Wild Rice, uncooked, spice packets included
    1 bag of frozen corn
    2 cans of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup
    1 can of chicken broth
    4 cups of water

Directions

Shred smoked chicken with hands. Combine all ingredients into a slow cooker, cook on high for 4 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 8 cups
