Introduction

Ingredients

8 oz - welch's 100% white grape juice
1 small banana
1 tbsp - ground cinnamon
1.5 cup - frozen strawberries (you can use fresh too)
1 cup - lettuce
Tips
add the lettuce! you cannot taste it at all..plus you get some veggies into your diet. you can add more lettuce if you wish. this was the 1st time i added lettuce (or any veggie) into a fruit smoothie so i only did 1 cup.
Directions
add the juice into the blender. then banana (i cut it up 1st). next, add the cinnamon. After that, i used my food processor to grind the lettuce together then i put the lettuce into the blender. i used my food processor once more for my frozen strawberries because i did not have fresh on hand. once they were crushed i added them to the blender. now, blend it up for an energizing breakfast smoothie!
