Ingredients

    Makes @ 5 1c. servings

    * Bloom Vegetable Stew Mix Frozen, 1 bag
    * Hunt's Diced Tomatoes with Sweet Onion, 1 can
    * Pictsweet Squash & Onions, Cracked Pepper, 1 bag

    1 can water

Directions

Put frozen veggies and can of tomatoes in crockpot. Add 1 can of water. Cook in crockpot till done. Add salt and pepper to taste, some hot pepper sauce also if you like. Add protein of some sort to make it main dish. Would be really good with shrimp.
