    1 lb Ground Beef
    1 bag of boil in bag brown rice
    1 can of Golden Mushroom soup (Campbell's)
    1 1/3 cup Mixed Vegetables
    1/2 cup onion
    1/4 cup water


Cook the Rice like the package say to do. Brown ground beef & onion together. Put the ground beef, onion, mixed vegetables, rice, soup, & water in baking dish that spray with vegetable spray. Bake for 30 minutes in 350 dregrees oven.
