Introduction

A modification to my favorite McDondal's breakfast meal. A modification to my favorite McDondal's breakfast meal.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 6 large
    1/2 tps Mrs Dash Original
    4tbps of water
    Weight Watcher 100% Whole Wheat Tortilla, 6
    Kraft Tex Mex Cheese 1/2 cup or 60 g
    Onions 1 small diced
    Green Bell Peppers 1 cup diced
    Red Bell Pepper 1 cup diced
    Canola Oil Cooking Spray 3 spray
    Deli Ham 100 grams (approx 3.6 oz)

Tips

I weight an empty bowl on my scale, tare, then add the completed ingredients to get total amount of grams. Then I divide that amount by 6 so I know how much to put on each wrap.
I than add my wrap to the scale, tare and add the amount. I assemble these, freeze them on a cookie sheet for about an hour then wrap individually and store them with my FoodSaver for a quick and easy work morning breakfast. =-)


Directions

Cook onions, red and green pepper.
Scramble eggs, water, Mrs Dash.
Add ham to mixture.

Add mixture to pan with onions and peppers.
Cook very well and then add cheese.

Heat up tortilla in microwave for 30 seconds.

Divide the mixture into 6 even portions and roll up your wrap. Enjoy
