    boneless chicken breast
    1 cup crushed corn flakes
    2 tbsp of olive oil

serve with mashed potatoes, baked potatoes or sweet potatoes and salad or green beans


Directions

coat chicken with olive oil and then dredge in crushed corn flakes. place in cooking spray coated baking dish. place in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes
