Ingredients

2 - 14.5 oz Cans Diced Tomato
2 Large Chicken Breast
1 Tbsp Sugar
Palm full of Italian Seasoning ( or to taste)
1 tsp Garlic Powder (or onion salt) ( or to taste)
1 tsp Onion Powder( or to taste)
Salt ( or to taste) optional
Pepper ( or to taste) optional
Tips
For better taste let simmer for an hour or more. Great on top of spaghetti, rice or mashed potatoes.
Directions
Boil chicken until cooked for 30 minutes or until cooked. Drain chicken. Set aside and let cool. Add diced tomato, sugar(to get rid of the can taste) Italian seasoning, garlic powder, Onion powder, salt and pepper into a pot and boil.
Once cool enough to handle shred the chicken and and add it to the diced tomato. Simmer for 30 minutes.
