I use skinless, can be with or without the bone. Can use for other chicken pieces. Choose your options for seasoning from anything that doesn't had calories or salt. 100 grams = about 3.5 oz. Ingredients

    egg white, fresh, 1 large (
    Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 0.25 tsp or your favorite seasoning
    Chicken Thigh, 200 grams
    *Hungry Jack Mashed Potato flakes, 0.25 cup

Tips

Suggested by Woman's Day to serve with baked beans & a slaw with other veggies added such as diced red bell pepper.


Directions

Preheat oven to 425.
Wash & dry chicken thighs. Dip to coat all sides in egg white, then dip to coat in dry potato flakes. Put in sprayed 8x8 Pyrex dish. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. I turn pan around half way through to brown more evenly.

  • Excellent! I used bone in thighs (skin removed) and had to bake for 1 1/4 hours because they were quite large and use garlic and paprika. Family all appreciated them! - 1/14/16
