Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 0.25 tsp or your favorite seasoning
Chicken Thigh, 200 grams
*Hungry Jack Mashed Potato flakes, 0.25 cup
Tips
Suggested by Woman's Day to serve with baked beans & a slaw with other veggies added such as diced red bell pepper.
Directions
Preheat oven to 425.
Wash & dry chicken thighs. Dip to coat all sides in egg white, then dip to coat in dry potato flakes. Put in sprayed 8x8 Pyrex dish. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. I turn pan around half way through to brown more evenly.
