Ingredients

    2 cups featherlight flour mix gluten free
    1/2 Cup sugar
    1/2 teaspoon xatham gum
    2 teaspoon anise extract
    4 tablespoons butter crisco
    1/2 cup of milk
    1 Egg
    3 teaspoons gf baking powder

Tips

For icing. 1 cup confectioners sugar. 1 teaspoon extract


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 *
Make hole in flours. Add egg, melted butter crisco, sugar, extract, xantham gum, and baking powder. Mix well. Dough will be flexible and soft. make into 1 inch balls size of small cookie scoop. use parchment covered cookie sheets. Bake at 375* for 8 minutes.
