1 tsp olive oil
1 15.5 oz can of garbanzo beans, drained
1/3 cup rosted red peppers (if canned, drain well)
2 Tbls lemon juice
2.5 Tbls Tahini (seseme butter)
1/16th tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp salt (optional)
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
Directions
Roast a small head of garlic in a 425 degree oven for 45-60 minutes. Then blend with all other ingredients in the blender
