Ingredients

12 oz of Chicken Breast - Chopped
1 large Scallion (Green onion)- Chopped
1 Cup Cauliflower - Chopped
1 Cup Broccoli - Chopped
.5 Cup Bean Sprouts
1.5 Cup Swanson Chicken Broth (Fat Free)
Curry Powder - 1 Tbspn
Black Pepper - Dash
Ground Cinnamon- Dash
Olive Oil
Tips
This can be served with Rice but for the full low carb skinny effect eat this by itself.
You can trade the chicken, and chicken broth for beef for a tasty alternative.
Directions
In a Large Frying pan heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add Broccoli and Cauliflower.
When the Broccoli has turned a bright green, add in your Scallion.
In about three minutes toss in the chopped chicken. Allow it to brown lightly and then add the chicken broth, bean sprouts and spices.
Turn down the heat and let this simmer until the chicken is done.
