Number of Servings: 2

12 oz of Chicken Breast - Chopped
1 large Scallion (Green onion)- Chopped
    1 Cup Cauliflower - Chopped
    1 Cup Broccoli - Chopped
    .5 Cup Bean Sprouts
1.5 Cup Swanson Chicken Broth (Fat Free)
    Curry Powder - 1 Tbspn
    Black Pepper - Dash
    Ground Cinnamon- Dash
    Olive Oil

This can be served with Rice but for the full low carb skinny effect eat this by itself.

You can trade the chicken, and chicken broth for beef for a tasty alternative.

In a Large Frying pan heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add Broccoli and Cauliflower.

When the Broccoli has turned a bright green, add in your Scallion.

In about three minutes toss in the chopped chicken. Allow it to brown lightly and then add the chicken broth, bean sprouts and spices.

Turn down the heat and let this simmer until the chicken is done.
