Ingredients

    2 boneless pork chops
    1 T olive oil
    1/4 c honey
    1/4 c dijon mustard
    1 c white wine
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

Note: The sauce will not be thick. You can add a little flour or cornstarch to thicken the sauce, but this will increase the calories slightly.


Directions

Heat oil in skillet. Season both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper. Brown pork chops in skillet, 3 minutes each side. Remove pork chops from skillet and set aside. Combine honey, mustard, and wine in skillet and heat to a low boil. Return pork chops to skillet. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, turning pork chops after 5 minutes. Drizzle sauce over pork chops.
