Ingredients

    581 grams boneless skinless chicken thighs (raw)
    (this is about 1.25 pound)
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic
    2 cups cooked cauliflower (chopped)
    1 jar (341 ml) VH Butter Chicken cooking sauce
    1 tsp oil for saute

Directions

saute chicken with onions and garlic. cook until chicken is browned - about 10 or 15 min. add sauce and cauliflower and simmer for 10 min.
Serve with rice or noodles
