Ingredients

    1 large egg
    1 medium onion chopped fine
    1 tbsp chicken or turkey drippings
    1 medium Baking Potato grated

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and cook over medium heat in saute pan coated with drippings. Cook until browned on both sides.
