    21-1/2 ounces cream of chicken soup (2 cans 98% ff)
    10 ounces enchilada sauce (La Victoria is best)
    2 cups 2% milk
    1 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
    2 cups chopped or shredded chicken


Tortilla chips are not included in nutritional calculation.


1. In a 3 quart saucepan, mix all ingredients
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.
3. If desired, top with tortilla chips
