Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 cups cooked chicken, diced
    1 cup chopped fresh apple
    1 cup seedless grapes
    1/2 cup Craisins
    1 Tbsp lemon juice
    1/4 cup, slivered almonds, toasted
    1/2 cup lowfat mayonnaise
    1 teasp yellow curry powder or to taste


Tips

Tastes better the second day.
Great for left over chicken


Directions

Combine apple and lemon juice to prevent browning.
Add apple, grapes, craisins and almonds to chopped chicken
In small bowl combine mayonnaise and curry powder and stir well. Add mayonnaise to chicken mixture and stir to combine ingredients.
Chill until ready to eat.

Serving Size: Makes 6 1-cup servings

    Incredible!
    Yum I have always wondered what was missing from my chicken salad--curry! I loved it! I used a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store and sunflower seeds instead of almonds. This is a keeper! - 6/1/13
