Introduction

My kids and I enjoy this quick, spicy curry every couple of weeks. Usually pour it over a 1 cup serving of brown rice ... Ingredients

    Cumin seed, 1 tsp (Powdered cumin spice, actually!)
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Curry powder, 1 tbsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Pepper, cayenne, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 3 large cloves
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Unico Canned CRUSHED Tomatoes, 28 oz (Large can)
    Chicken Breast, no skin or bone, 20 ounces (Pkg of 4)
    Garam Masala, 1 tbsp
    Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp

Directions

Preheat the pan (I usually keep it just below medium) add the oil, chopped up chicken - then chopped garlic. Cook till browned.
Add the crushed tomatoes, spices and let simmer for approx 30 minutes.

Serving Size: Approx 6 good sized servings
