Ingredients

    1/2 cup dark brown sugar
    1 1/2 cups oat bran
    1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    2 eggs
    1 cup chilled applesauce
    4 tablespoons vegetable oil


Tips

You can also replace the applesauce with pumpkin pie filling. Or add 1-2 teaspoons of cinnamon


Directions

Combine dry ingredients first. Then wet. Let sit 10 minutes before baking at 400 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
