Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 46-oz can tomato juice
    1 15-oz can petite diced tomatoes
    1 15-oz can dark red kidney beans
    1 15-oz can light red kidney beans
    1 15-oz can chili beans
    2 15-oz can black beans
    1 - 2 Tbsp diced jalapenos (opt)
    1 Tbsp chili powder
    1 Tbsp cumin
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp celery salt
    1 tsp salt
    dash or two of ground red pepper to taste (opt)

Tips

After eating for a meal, I like to freeze the leftovers in 1 cup servings to put in lunches or pull out quickly for a snack.


Directions

Brown ground turkey with onion and drain. Add remaining ingredients, simmer for 30 min to 1 hour.

Serving Size: Makes 15 1-cup servings
