Introduction
This is a Kraft recipe I got off allrecipes.com. I made this the other day and it was a HIT!!!! The only thing I changed was I used 1.5 jars of sauce...Was kinda skeptical on not cooking the noodles first but it came out wonderful....Allrecipes gives this 287 cals with 13 g of fat and 24 carbs....sparkpeople gives it a little bit higher than that....Just use best judgement!!! Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef
1 large egg, beaten
2.5 cups Kraft Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided
1 (15 oz) container part skim ricotta cheese
1/2 cup 100% grated parmesan cheese, divided
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 (26 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
1 cup water
12 lasagna noodles, uncooked
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown meat in large skillet on medium high heat. Meanwhile, mix egg, 1 1/4 cups of mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, 1/4 cup of the pamesan cheese, and parsley until well blended, set aside.
2. Drain meat; return to skillet. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Add water to empty sauce jar; cover with lid and shake well. Add to meat mixture; stir until well blended. Spread 1 cup meat sauce onto bottom of a 13x9 baking dish; top with layers of 3 lasagna noodle, 1/3 of the ricotta cheese mixture and 1 cup of the sauce. Repeat layers two more times. Top with remaining 3 noodles and remaining meat sauce. Sprinkle with remaining 1 1/4 cups mozzarella cheese and remaining 1/4 cup parmesan cheese. Cover with greased foil.
3. Bake 45 minutes. Remove foil; bake an additional 15 minutes or until heated through. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting to serve.
