Ingredients

    1 pound Ground beef
    2 cans Kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
    1 can Yellow Sweet Corn (drained)
    1 can Tomato sauce
    1 can diced tomatoes (I like using the ones with chilis sometimes)
    1 package of your favorite Taco Seasoning

Tips

You can add onions (usually a small one chopped). Or you can used diced tomatoes with chilis to make it a little spicier. To top: sour cream, shredded cheese, tortilla chips, anything you would think of with a taco.


Directions

Brown ground beef in pot. Once brown, add all other ingredients bring to boil then put on low to simmer for about an hour so flavors come together.

Serving Size: Approximately 16 services of 1 cup each
