Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 350*

    Add 1/2 tsp salt, pepper, garlic and cumin to the skillet as you brown ground turkey with an onion. Drain fat or drippings

    -In a medium sized bowl mix
    1/2 c flax meal
    1sp baking powder
    1tsp salt
    then add 1 cup egg beaters
    1 cup unsweetened original almond milk
    1/4 tsp cumin
    mix thoroughly and set aside.

    When beef/ turkey mixture is finished being browned,
    spread into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Pour a 16 oz can of La Victoria Green Chili Enchilada sauce over the meat mixture.
    Grate 3 oz of Monterey Jack cheese over the meat.

    Pour flax mixture evenly over the meat and cheese mixture. Bake for about 45 minutes or until done.
