this recipe is really tasty and filling. this recipe is really tasty and filling.

Ingredients

    4 peices of bacon
    1 large onion
    2 tins of chopped tomatoes
    3 large carrots
    tomato puree
    salt
    pepper
    sugar
    butter or margarine

Tips

for a little kick ad a little dried chilli flakes


Directions

slice bacon, onion and carots in to small peices and put in a pan. Add salt, pepper, sugar, butter and little dash ov tomato puree. put on heat and cook until bacon looks cooked (about 5 mins).
add 2 tins of chopped tomato and half a tube ov tomato puree and cook for a further 5 mins untill piping hot.
blend until smotth serve hot.

Serving Size: makes 4 small bowls of soup
