Ingredients

    2 cans 365 Diced Tomatoes No Salt Added
    1 Can 365 Kidney Beans No Salt Added
    1 can 365 Pinto Beans No Salt Added
    1 Jar (24oz) Gia Russa Low Sodium Tomatoe and Basil
    1 lb 85% Free Range Beef
    1/4 Cup Black Pepper
    1/4 Cup Onion Powder
    1/4 Cup Garlic Powder
    1/4 Cup Dried Parsley
    2 tbsp Dried Rosemary

Tips

For quicker cooking time, You can let simmer in a sauce pan for 2 hours. **Note, the longer it simmers, the better the flavors blend.

For Lower Fat content Substitute Ground Turkey Or Ground Chicken For Beef.


Directions

1st, Brown meat in a skillet. Mix all contents into slow cooker and slowly add seasoning as you stir. Add beef to mixture and let slow cook for 4 hrs on high or 8 hrs on low. Serve in average size bowl.
