Introduction

An old favorite, made over. I like to add celery, too. An old favorite, made over. I like to add celery, too.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1 onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. V-8
    1 cup macaroni
    seasonings to taste (I like oregano, basil, and rosemary)

Tips

You may need to add some water as the noodles begin to soak up the liquid from the tomatoes.


Directions

Saute turkey, onion and garlic. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until noodles are cooked.
