Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1/4 cup Buttermilk (low-fat)
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    Dash of Salt
    1 tsp vanilla

Tips

If it is too thick and the insides are gooey, just cut it in half (bun style) and then throw back in the pan to finish cooking. Try flattening it more next time.

Directions

Mix together the dry ingredients. Add the buttermilk and vanilla and stir until the dough forms a ball. Place dough into heated skillet over medium heat and flatten into a round. Cook until golden brown and then flip as you would a pancake.
