Ingredients

    Cooking Spray
    1 c whole wheat breadcrumbs (2 slices ww bread)
    1 c Kashi whole grain flakes
    1 tsp lemon pepper
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 c all purpose flour
    2 lg egg whites, beaten
    1 lb tilapia fillets, cut into 4 pieces

Directions

Preheat oven to 450. Spray baking sheet. Mix breadcrumbs, cereal flakes, lemon pepper, garlic, paprika & salt together and blend until finely ground. Transfer to a shallow dish. Place flour in a shallow dish. Place egg in a shallow dish.. Dredge each strip of fish in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumb mix. Coat with cooking spray on both sides. Bake about 10 mins
