    Butterball Turkey Polska Keilbasa, 14 oz, sliced
    Wal-Mart Shrimp, small, 12 oz
    Great Value No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes, 3.5 cup
    Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz)
    Herbox Chicken Instant Bouillon & Seasoning, 4 tsp
    Pictsweet Cut Okra, 3.75 cup
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 0.375 tsp
    Pepper, black, 0.25 tsp
    Bay Leaf, 2 tsp, crumbled


Slice keilbasa and place in crockpot. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cook on low all day - about 10 hours. Serve over rice (not included in calorie data).
