Chicken Thigh, 3 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)
Garlic, 4 tsp (remove)
Margarine butter blend, 60% corn oil margarine and 40% butter, 1 tbsp (remove)
Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 4 tsp (remove)
*Bertolli Alfredo Sauce, 3 cup (remove)
*Lea & Perrins The Original Worchester Sauce (1tsp), 2 serving (remove)
*cilantro (fresh), 0.5 cup (remove)
*Alfredo Pasta Sides Knorr Lipton, 2 cup (remove)
*Milk 2%, vitamin A & D added, Weis brand gallon, 1 cup (remove)
*White Onion 1 slice chopped, 4 serving (remove)
Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup (remove)
Tips
I made this dish last night and my husband loved it so much, it asked me to write down the recipe so I can make it for next time, and not forget how I did it. Now I just have to figure out how to not have all the high calories in it. Suggestions?
Directions
Boil either 6 leg/thigh combos or 6 chicken breast in 6 cups water, 1 chicken bullion cube, and chicken seasoning for at least an hour. Leave skin on.
Let cool. De bone and de-skin chicken place in skillet.
Saute chicken pieces with butter, chicken seasoning, onion, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce, add Bertonelli sauce, simmer for 10 min.
Use the water to boil the chicken to make the noodles, according to 2 packages of knorr Lipton sides, Alfredo noodles, add frozen peas. Layer Chicken Alfredo mixture over noodles, garnish with Cilantro
