Ingredients

    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp butter
    1 cup chopped onion
    2 cups carrots (I chop them)
    1 tbsp minced garlic
    salmon filets (i used 5 with an average wight of 3 oz)
    spices -
    I used celtic sea salt, parsley, oregano, basil, chives and black pepper

Directions

place olive oil, butter onions, carots and carlic in crock pot. Cook on low for 6-7 hours, until vegetables begin to carmelize.
Add filets and sprinkle with combination of spice. Cook on low for 1-2 hours until salmon flakes well

Serving Size: 3 oz filet with juices
