Introduction

This smoothie is very filling, and a good way to get 3 servings of fruits and veggies! This smoothie is very filling, and a good way to get 3 servings of fruits and veggies!

Ingredients

    1 tbs designer whey protein powder (vanilla)
    1 frozen banana
    2 cups spinach
    1 cup tap water
    2 tsp splenda
    mint leaves (to taste, I like a lot!)
    1 tbs Dark chocolate peanut butter (PB Co)

Directions

Blend all ingredients well. For less calories you can use chocolate protein powder instead of the peanut butter, or try using dark chocolate cocoa powder (unsweetened)

Serving Size: Makes about 2 cups.
