Ingredients

    10 1oz venison cubed steak
    4 Tbsp Olive Oil (to start, may need more as you cook)
    1 Cup Italian bread crumbs
    1 Cup all-purpose flour
    1 Cup Teriyaki marinade (may need more as you cook)

Directions

Pour olive oil into frying pan on medium heat
Mix bread crumbs and flour into one bowl
Pour teriyaki into a separate bown
When oil is ready, dip one cubed steak into teriyaki and then into bread crumb/flour mix. Dip back into teriyaki and then into bread crumb/flour mix again.
Place in pan. Add as many as will fit in one pan.
Cook at least 5 min per side, depending on heat, but ensure fully cooked before removing from pan.

Serving Size: Makes 10 cubed steaks
