Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup corn (frozen or canned drained)
    1/2 cup black beans (rinsed and drained)
    1/2 cup salsa (I used hot)
    3 oz. pre-cooked chicken fajita strips
    1/2 cup cooked brown rice

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a skillet and cook over low heat until flavors are blended and ingredients are warmed. Very simple and very delicious
