    2 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts sliced into strips
    1 green pepper cut into strips
    1 red pepper cut into strips
    1 medium onion sliced
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 packet of Old El Paso Fajita mix
    Sour Cream, Salsa, Mozerella Cheese and Tomatos as Garnishes
    Whole Wheat Tortillas for assembling


Fry Chiken in olive oil add paket of Fajita mix 1/2 cup water, Onions and Peppers, cook until peppers and coated but crisp.

Heat Tortillas in the microwave about 1.5 to 2 minutes rapped in a damp dish towel.

Prepare tortillas with meat vegetable mix and garnishes. Enjoy!!!

Serves about 8 medium Tortillas.
