Introduction

Using the juice from the pickles adds more flavor. Unfortunately, it is not a "listed" ingredient and I have no clue how to figure the calories on that. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Mayonnaise, regular .25 cup
    bread & butter pickles, chopped, 1.5 tbsp or pickle relish
    Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp
    Dill weed, dried, .5 tsp
    Hard Boiled Egg, 2 large chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped(remove)
    Pickle juice, 1 tbsp

Tips

Serve on bread, with crackers or on lettuce. You can change pickles out for whatever pickled veggie you like. I prefer dill, but my daughter only eats my homemade bread & butter pickles.


Directions

Drain tuna and add to bowl. Add mayo, pickle juice and dill. Chop other ingredients and add. Mix well. Salt & Pepper to taste.

Serving Size: Makes 4 small (1/4 cup) servings or 2 - larger (1/2 cup) servings
