Ingredients

    About 1 and 1/2 cups of mixed bag of frozen tropical fruit
    1 tbsp jelly, jam, or preserves (for sweetness)
    1 cup water (or enough to make the blender run smoothly)

Directions

Add all ingredients to blender, blend until well combined, stirring and adding more water as necessary.

Serving Size: Makes two medium or one large smoothie
