Ingredients

    2 slices arnold extra fiber dutc country wole wheat bread
    1 sliced provolone cheese
    2 slices oscar meyer shaved turkey
    half tblespoon kraft lite mayo
    1 tsp mustard
    2 iceburg lettuce leaf
    1 small plum tomato sliced
    1 small slice onion

Tips

This has 800 milligtrams of sodium in the sandwhich. The bread I chose has 160 milligrams per slice. You can lower that amount by changing the bread.


Directions

Toast bread either in toaster or toaster oven.
Spread mayo on 1 slice of bread and mustard on the other. Add remaining ingredients and cut sandwhich in half.
