Introduction

I love smoothies but my body hates dairy. Using soft tofu and almond milk you get the same creamy mouth feel without the dairy! The OJ and peaches are all you taste. I love smoothies but my body hates dairy. Using soft tofu and almond milk you get the same creamy mouth feel without the dairy! The OJ and peaches are all you taste.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/4 cup soft tofu
    1/4 cup Orange Juice
    1/4 cup almond milk (soy or other nut milk works also)
    1/4 cup frozen peach slices (ad more or less to your taste)
    2 tsp sugar (or honey)

Tips

I use a bullet style blender. Makes for less clean up and you prepare it right in the container.
Using frozen fruit also ads icyness without adding ice.


Directions

combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
