This sugar-free vegan cookies are so yummy!
They remind me of banana nut bread and blueberry muffins. 2 of my favorites joined together!

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 medium Bananas (very ripe), mashed
    2 tbsp Soy Milk
    2 tbsp Sugar-free Preserves, St. Dalfour Wild Blueberry
    1/4 cup Raisins
    1/4 cup fresh Blueberries
    1-1/2 cups Oatmeal
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Vanilla
    1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine all ingredients thoroughly.

Drop by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.

Serving Size: Makes 16 good-sized cookies
