    1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
    1 can Cream of Mushroom soup (can use any cream soup)
    1 can Cheddar Cheese soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can kernel corn
    1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
    1tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp no salt added seasoning mix
    1 bag (1 kg) of tater tots


heat oven to 400*F
spray 8x12 baking dish with nonstick spray
mix all ingredients except tater tots together.
pour into baking dish.
top with tater tots.
bake 30 - 40 min until tots are done and meat layer hot.
