Ingredients

    14 oz of pasta, ronzoni smart taste is great and has extra fibre and calcium
    4 Tbs smart squeeze non fat margarine
    2 Tbs flour
    1 cup skim milk, add more to desired consistency
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese
    8 oz imitation crab meat

Directions

Prepare pasta, drain
melt butter in pan
add flour, stir until smooth. if it balls up add a little more butter until smooth
add milk, stir until blended
stir in parmesan cheese
stir in crab meat
Toss with fettuccine or pasta

Makes at least 8 heaping cups

    Bad
    There are so many things that are wrong with this recipe I barely now where to start. Whole wheat does not equal healthy. Margerine is one click away from plastic and is empty calories. Flour=wheat=bad for you. skim milk has no nutritional benefit and only whole raw milk would be better. - 1/1/13
