    24 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
    1 1/2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/2 Tsp Poultry Seasonings
    1/2 Tsp Lite Salt
    1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
    1/2 Tsp Morton Nature Seasons
    1 Tsp Garlic Powder


Prep time includes marinating time, this can be eliminated for faster cooking time.


Pound each chicken breast until 1/4-1/2" thick by putting it between plastic wrap and using a mallet or heavy object. Mix all the seasonings together in a small dish and sprinkle evenly over all the pieces of chicken until covered. Let sit with seasonings for 15 minutes. Heat olive oil in frying pan. Place chicken in oil and cook on both sides until completely cooked. Serve and enjoy!
